To further enhance product competitiveness and expand into the high-end market, HauqHi (Shanghai) Connection New Technology Development Co., Ltd. recently announced a strategic partnership with SKS, a renowned German manufacturer of welding equipment, and STOGER, a German specialist in blind rivet nut systems. By integrating their respective technological strengths, the collaboration aims to provide Chinese industrial enterprises with superior welding and fastening solutions. This partnership encompasses various domains—including product introduction, technical integration, and after-sales service—and marks a significant milestone in the further refinement of HauqHi Connection’s strategic positioning within the high-end industrial equipment sector.
Established in 1989, SKS is a German manufacturer of welding machines and torch systems with deep expertise in welding technology. Its welding torches support push-pull wire feeding processes and offer optional features such as infinite rotation and collision detection. With cooling options ranging from air-cooled to water-cooled systems, these torches are compatible with leading robotic platforms from manufacturers such as ABB, FANUC, and KUKA. Furthermore, SKS’s welding power sources (such as models LSQ3 and LSQ5) and wire feeders are renowned for their exceptional stability and high deposition rates. The company’s proprietary welding processes—including I-Pulse, KF-Pulse, and MicroMIG—are designed to meet the diverse welding requirements of workpieces varying in thickness and material composition, making them particularly well-suited for high-precision welding applications in sectors such as automotive manufacturing and new energy.
STOGER, established in 1987, is a global leader in the field of blind rivet nut and FDS systems, with over 10,000 systems currently in active operation worldwide. Its fully automated servo-driven blind rivet nut system (BMS) utilizes dual-servo technology for 100% dynamic monitoring; this enables real-time torque and depth verification during the nut-picking phase, thereby preventing defective rivet assemblies. A patented feature for the automatic angular alignment of hexagonal nuts ensures precise positioning relative to the mounting hole, while the entire riveting cycle—including nut feeding and picking—takes a mere 7 seconds. Capable of generating a maximum riveting force of 60 kN, the system is ideally suited for fastening critical automotive components such as roof racks, battery trays, and engine mounts. Additionally, STOGER’s FDS (Flow Drill Screw) system facilitates thread-forming connections without the need for pre-punching; this capability allows for the compensation of material variations and manufacturing tolerances, resulting in significantly enhanced joint strength and airtightness. The Purchasing Director at HauqHi Connection stated: "SKS and STOGER possess leading technologies and products within their respective fields; this collaboration will enable us to provide our customers with more comprehensive and high-end solutions. Moving forward, we will continue to strengthen our partnerships with premium international brands while leveraging our in-house R&D capabilities to drive the localization of high-end industrial equipment, thereby contributing to the upgrading of China's manufacturing sector."
