Packing and Transportation
Inside the packing box, include a certificate of quality, equipment manual, and other documentation. Outside the packing box, attach a packing list.
Mode of transportation: by truck, with the company responsible for all duties, including freight and insurance.
Delivery location: the customer's installation site.
Equipment Acceptance
After completing equipment debugging and self-inspection at the customer's site, the company will carry out final acceptance; after the equipment and workpiece cleaning acceptance are qualified, both parties sign the acceptance report, and the warranty period starts simultaneously.
Training
The company provides free technical training for the customer's operators until they can use the equipment normally. The training content includes:
Basic knowledge and principles of lasers
Structure, operation, maintenance, and care of the equipment
General fault diagnosis of the equipment
Laser cleaning process
Laser processing safety education
After-sales Service and Warranty
Warranty period: From the date of equipment acceptance, the warranty period for the whole machine is one year; consumable and easily worn parts are not covered.
Service during warranty: For damage or malfunction caused by the equipment's own quality issues, the company is responsible for free parts replacement and service; regular consumables (such as protective lenses) and accidents caused by user misuse are excluded.
Lifetime maintenance: Provide lifetime maintenance services, offering consultation and guidance for daily equipment use; outside the warranty period, provide discounted technical support and spare parts supply, ensuring a response within 4 hours and personnel on-site within 72 hours.
Software upgrade: Notify in a timely manner about software upgrades and provide free software upgrade services.
Spare parts supply: Maintain sufficient stock of spare parts and accessories, ensuring timely technical support and spare parts service to meet equipment maintenance needs.
