BTW: One model faced difficulties in monitoring riveting quality and a high defect rate during the riveting stage of components. Haoqiong connects the manual monitoring riveting system to its production line, which collects real-time riveting tensile force and travel data to generate deformation curves under force. Through dual audio and visual alarms, it promptly reminds of non-compliant rivets, and data can be uploaded to the MES system for traceability. After implementation, the riveting defect rate of BTW model parts dropped by 30%, and rework costs were significantly lowered.
